Real Guy Toon Studio Is Born, Soon to Make Toons

A few weeks ago, Chase Green launched a new YouTube channel called Real Guy Toon Studio, which will be dedicated to 2D animated videos.

Chase is a fan of classic cartoons, and he's been interested in creating new cartoons to share on YouTube for a long time. He tried to make cartoons for YouTube a few years ago, but they never really came to be due to creative difficulties.

Now Chase definitely wants to create hand-drawn animations for YouTube - especially since he has a friend who's a big fan of animations, including films and TV programs owned by Warner Bros. For the moment, Chase isn't an expert on animating, but he has his own idea of how it's done.

Chase has his own tablet-and-stylus set for his computer, which will be helpful in drawing objects and characters in different poses. He will draw and color them digitally in a painting software, then put the drawings together frame by frame in his usual video editing software. He might also use the same editing program to add some finishing touches.

It's hard to tell what exactly Chase will animate for YouTube, because there are so many choices for him to consider. He has a few original ideas for new characters and stories, but to start, he's interested in making his own fan-animations featuring popular cartoon characters.

One way that Chase can lead audiences to videos based on his own new ideas is to share videos featuring popular characters. He hasn't yet confirmed which popular characters will show up in his early videos, but he hopes to tell you what he comes up with in a month or two.

One thing's for sure...just like the rest of the content from Real Guy Productions, whatever toons Chase makes will be family-friendly.
